ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Please read carefully before ordering.
Placing an order signifies you have read and agree to our terms and policies. We will not make exceptions to any of these policies.
HOURS: MONDAY THRU THURSDAY - We do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
- You can order on line - 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. All orders received after the close of shipping on Thursday thru Sunday will ship the following Monday or 1st business day following a holiday.
- Payments accepted: VIA STRIPE PAYMENT OPTIONS WHEN CHECKING OUT
- We do not take checks, All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We do not accept money orders, COD, or credit accounts.
STORE PICK UP: Place your order on line. We will credit your card for the shipping total after your order has been picked up. Add the day and time you wish to pick up in the Special Instructions Section in the Shopping Cart. Pick-ups can be made Tuesday thru Thursday 12 am to 2 pm, after giving us a 24-hour notice in advance. During the pandemic, please wear a mask.
PHONE CALLS: During business hours, we are very busy packing and shipping your orders for super fast shipping (since 2008). We are closed on weekends.
SAMPLES: Due to the high demand we have for samples, we do not weigh our samples. They are poured by volume; some can weigh less than one ounce however, most will be a little over 1 ounce.
We try very hard to ship UPS/FED EX - SAME DAY - Monday thru Thursday – on all orders placed before11 AM Eastern Time Monday thru Thursday. With the Coronavirus, we are severely understaffed and cannot always ship the high volume of orders we receive on the same day. We currently have a 2-3 business day processing time; we do ship faster than that on most days. Most orders placed after the close of shipping on Thursday will ship the following Monday.
We do not ship orders on Friday's, weekends or holidays.
Why we do not ship via U.S. Postal Service. As per the US Post Office - Liquids above 200°F are not considered hazardous. Combustible Liquids are those with a flashpoint between 141°F - 199°F. Flammable Liquids are defined as those with a flashpoint below 141°F. Domestic Mail: Combustible liquids can only be shipped via Parcel Post with appropriate flashpoint info on the outside of the box and clearly labeled ORM-D Parcel Post only on the side of the carton. People shipping FO's below 200° via Priority Mail or International Postal Service are doing so against the law.
We do not ship third party freight pick up orders; we do not ship using your UPS or Fed Ex shipper number. Please do not ask.
Due to increasing prices with manufacturers, product pricing can increase at any time.
Fragrance Oils are not used for making lip balms.
Fragrance Oils are not used for vaping!
MOST OF our Fragrance Oils & Wax products are packed by weight. That means for a fragrance oil you might have a bottle that appears to be "fuller" than another bottle.
Each oil is comprised of different raw materials and will weigh differently giving you a different fill line. Some will look taller or shorter in the bottle depending on the weight of the oil. Most citrus based oils will appear "fuller" in your bottles. Please take a moment to weigh your bottles before you call, thinking you have been shorted. Every 4 ounce and LB bottle is individually weighed for complete accuracy. Due to the high demand we have for samples, we do not weigh our samples. They are poured by volume; some can weigh less than one ounce however, most will be a little over 1 ounce.
We sell Samples and 4 ounce oils so you can test. We encourage testing. Fragrance Oils are manufactured to be USED in an application; not sniffed out of a bottle. You will never know how that oil will perform unless you test in your own applications. We suggest that you test them in products before calling us. Fragrance oils will smell different in finished products than they do out of the bottle. We offer samples and 4 ounce oils to use as testers so you can test in your own application using your own supplies prior to purchasing a larger bottle.
ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IN “REAL TIME”. PLEASE carefully check your order before you click the submit order button. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. It is very important that you double check the accuracy of your order before clicking the "submit this order" button during checkout. As soon as you place your order, if you have used the correct email address, you will receive an email receipt. At that time, your card has been charged and your order is placed.
- We do not have access to your credit card information. If you want to add to your order, you will need to place a separate order.
- UPS AND FED EX DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES. You must use a physical address.
- REFUSED SHIPMENTS will be billed shipping charges to and from as well as a 25% restocking fee upon return.
- CANCELLED or RETURNED ORDERS – ALL CANCELLED ORDERS/RETURNED orders will be charged a 25% RESTOCKING FEE no matter what the reason unless it is the fault of LBC.
- It is at the discretion of Lavish Bath Company as to whether we refund or reship any order mistakes made by Lavish Bath Company or due to damages.
- We do not accept returns on any products unless we have made mistake. There are no refunds for oils or wax products of any size, because you simply do not like it or doesn't smell as you imagined it would or you ordered incorrectly. Our oils and wax and other raw ingredients are considered a specialty item; for sanitary reasons, once a package has been received, we can no longer vouch for the contents.
- To protect the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns. We cannot take products of any nature back and resell them; therefore, we do not accept product returns other than a mistake Lavish Bath Company may have made in shipping your order. We do not offer any type of product exchanges.
- Please carefully check your shipping address before you submit your order. We are not responsible if you use an incorrect shipping address.
- We use the information you provide when you place an order. You will not be refunded for orders shipped and delivered to an incorrect address that you provided. If we have made the shipping error, this does not apply.
- If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address you used, you will have to pay additional shipping charges to have the order redelivered to the correct address.
- We are unable to modify orders to give credits for coupons if you miss a sale with coupon codes.
- We do not have a printed Catalog. Our website is our catalog.
- Our warehouse is located in Toronto, ON Canada. If you need your shipment by a certain date, please allow enough time for your order to reach you. Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day deliveries are available should you need expedited service.
- We do not provide CLP Sheets. We provide SDS, IFRA and EU Allergen sheets linked under each product photo.
- Lavish Bath Company cannot be responsible for the reviews offered by "customers" or any information contained on other websites.
- Lavish Bath Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions on this website. We try to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur.
- If a fragrance oil or product has the same name with another supplier, it does not mean it will be the same oil.
If your Billing Address - which includes Name, Street Number, Street Name, City, State/Provice and Zip /Postal Code does not match exactly to the billing address you use when you complete the shipping information on your order, your order will not process. This is frustrating but it is for your protection as well as ours. The billing address is whatever address your bill is sent in the mail from the CC company. Your card will be
credited and the order cancelled. We have the right to refund at our discretion, any order that we feel might be fraudulent or suspicious. Orders with a different billing name and address than the name and address the order is being shipped to; if the name on the credit card does not match the billing name, will be cancelled and cards refunded.
- If you have a gift card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) it will be declined as it is not linked to your billing address.
- If your card is a of non-U.S. origin and does not support AVS, your order will be declined.
SHIPPING IS BASED ON WEIGHT AND ZIP / POSTAL CODE. We are a wholesale supply warehouse and product manufacturer. Our average order is 15 to 20 lbs.
Add your items to the shopping cart, then add your zip code. If you are adding 3-4 samples to the cart or one 4 ounce oil and are surprised at the shipping charge - add 12 more samples or 3 more 4 ounce oils, the price is not any higher. Add 5 pounds, the rate changes by pennies. You are charged by Fed Ex and UPS for 1 lb if your order is less than 1 lb. The same goes for pounds. If one pound looks expensive, add 5 pounds, it is literally pennies more to ship 5 pounds than 1 pound. Please understand, we don't work for Fed Ex or UPS and have no control over shipping charges or what the cost is from our zip code to yours. While we welcome orders of any size, we are not going to change our shipping to accommodate USPS shipping.
CHECK YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIVING: Please report any missing, damaged merchandise or order mistakes within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours from delivery, we will conclude that your order was completed accurately, and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after that time. We require photo's of the damages within 48 hours or we will not be able to file a claim with the shipping company after that time. We will not be able to make any adjustments after this time. Our orders are triple checked before they are packaged for shipment. Please completely unpack everything and thoroughly search inside the box and papers before calling us about a missing item. If you receive a leaking bottle or melted wax or broken item please contact us right away. We will need photos of the complete box, broken items, leaking bottles or melted wax. . Once we receive the requested information we will refund or replace at our discretion based on the shipping claim final results.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: You have the right to refuse damaged shipments! All orders leave our warehouses in excellent condition. All DAMAGE CLAIMS must be reported within 24 hours to delivery carriers. We pack all of our shipments very carefully to ensure the safe arrival of your products; however damage during shipping can happen from time to time. We do everything we can prior to shipping to make sure your package will arrive safely without damages. If damages occur, please contact us; we will work with UPS/Fed Ex and take care of the damaged items.
All DAMAGE CLAIMS must be reported within 24 hours to delivery carriers. Should you receive a damaged UPS/Fed Ex package, please contact us & them immediately. It is imperative that all original packaging materials are saved. We cannot replace damages due to shipper at our expense; WE MUST RECEIVE A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGED ITEM, SO WE CAN START A CLAIM. You MUST save your original packaging materials in order to file a claim. Proof of damages must be made to the carrier, so it is imperative all original packaging materials are saved. We cannot replace damages due to shipper at our expense. All items leave our warehouse in excellent condition and responsibility for the package ends when it leaves our hands.
DELIVERIES - PLEASE BE AWARE: IT IS AT YOUR RISK IF YOUR ORDER IS LEFT WITHOUT A REQUEST FOR A SIGNED DELIVERY. We are NOT responsible for UPS GROUND/FED EX HOME boxes left on your porch or designated delivery area.
Without a note on your order that you require a signature delivery, your order is subject to be left at your home, without notification that it has arrived. If the tracking information says your order was delivered, we are not responsible for boxes that might have been stolen from your porch. It is at your risk or loss if your order is left without a signed delivery. We are happy to pay the additional charges for you to have your box signed for if you are using Fed Ex Home or Ground.
Should you have a missing package that tracking says was delivered, call the shipping company immediately and make them aware a package is missing; perhaps the driver is still in the area. The claims process can also get started and a trace can begin on your package. A trace will prompt an investigation regarding the delivery. It can take several business days to several weeks to get a response from the shipper. The shipping company will then notify us and we can complete the claim process. If the tracking on a package shows delivered there is not much we can do except put a trace on the box. All reports of lost orders must be provided to us, within 48 hours of "delivery". If delivery confirmation has been provided by the courier, we are not responsible for any missing package or items from a package.
If your order has in fact been stolen, CALL YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT AND FILE A THEFT REPORT.
SHIPPING/DELIVERING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Because of Brexit, we can no longer ship directly to the UK. You will need to use a Freight Forwarder. This is not our decision, it is the decision of the UK. We have no control over this; this has been in the works for over 3 years and was finalized on 12-31-20. We have no control over the laws in the UK.
If your country is not listed in the drop down box in our shopping cart - Using a US zip code with your international address will not work. If you are ordering from a different country, we have no control over the charges you are billed by the broker for International orders nor do we have control over what your country charges as taxes and duties. If you don't have your own Broker, Fed Ex or UPS acts as your Broker - what they charge is out of our control. Lavish Bath Company is not responsible for any customs/duties or import taxes that may apply; we are not responsible for delays due to customs.
If you chose to use a Freight Forwarder or have your order shipped to a US address and you rely on the Freight Forwarder or someone else to reship your package or you pick it up at a designated place, once it reaches the shipping address YOU list on your order and it shows as delivered, we are no longer responsible for that package from that point forward. Once your order is delivered to the address you listed on the order, our job is complete. We are not responsible if your freight forwarder will not forward your package to you for any reason. We are not responsible for damages from the freight forwarder (or whomever you are having reship the package); lost packages, lost deliveries or any charges your country imposes or is imposed by the Freight Forwarder. We will not credit or provide replacement orders when your package is not delivered directly to you from our warehouse. We will not accept returns from the freight forwarder if they will not forward the order to you.
We provide SDS, IFRA and EU Allergen sheets as a link directly under each product photo. It is your responsibility to check the SDS sheets, IFRA and EU Allergen sheets we provide to verify information prior to purchase. If you have questions or need an answer not provided, please email or call.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notification. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or Product information, Lavish Bath Company shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
We will not post a review from an email address that has not placed an order.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND DESCRIPTIONS: Our pictures are presented only to give you a better interpretation of what we feel the fragrance oil will smell like. We have paid for the use of the pictures on our site. You could be fined by the owner of the photo if you "borrow" one of our photographs without purchasing the rights to use the photograph.
You do not have permission to use our photographs or our descriptions on your website. The materials used and displayed on this site, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, names, logos, trademarks and service marks, are the property of Lavish Bath Company, LLC or its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Any such content may be displayed solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material without the written permission of Lavish Bath Company, LLC or the appropriate affiliate.
Lavish Bath Company does not have any affiliate companies. While you have the right to resell a Lavish Bath Company fragrance oil, you do not have permission to use Lavish Bath Company in your representation. You do not have the right to use our photographs nor our descriptions. If you buy from a Company who is re-selling our oils, we are not affiliated and have no way knowing if they are in fact selling pure Lavish Bath Company oils. To be sure you are purchasing Lavish Fragrance Oils & products oil, you need to buy directly from our website. If you have questions or issues you need to call the person from whom you purchased the oils from.
You must be 18 years or older to place orders.
TAXES: Are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Out of Canada internet orders do not pay taxes.
We sell samples and 4 oz fragrance oils, so our customers can test FO's in their own applications. We all use different supplies when making products; there are no guarantees of how the finished product will turn out. Sadly, in order to test, part of the process is to use your own supplies and time to test. Instructions or tips we offer are from our own personal experiences or from our testers. We cannot guarantee that these will work in all circumstances.
As per our terms and conditions, once a package has been received, we can no longer vouch for the contents. Therefore, we do not accept product returns.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel any order, any time and for any reason in its sole discretion, to cancel the order at any time prior to shipment without liability. If your credit or debit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, you will receive a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge. We will not be responsible for any charges that your card issuer may apply to you as a result of our processing your order.
SOCIAL MEDIA BULLYING - Our Policies are listed for your protection as well as ours. They are fair. Not everyone purchases with good intentions. Internet fraud is out of control. Bullying is out of control. We only ask for a little kindness and patience. If we have made a mistake, we will correct it. We're human and sometimes mistakes happen; we'll go out of our way to correct it. If you have made a mistake, we will try to find a reasonable solution.
There is absolutely no reason for any disagreement or challenge to become ugly or threatening. Screaming, yelling, cussing and being rude will not get anyone very far and won't be tolerated. If any of the above occurs we will hang up the phone and block your number. When speaking by telephone or email; making false, disparaging or derogatory statements about the company or products or name calling for the sole purpose of harming the company, including “If you don’t do what I am want, I will leave a bad review or will go on social media to ruin your business.” If you blatantly lie while giving a review, we will refuse future service. With so many social media venues and online shopping, people are quick to jump on social media and make disparaging comments before there has been a chance to find a reasonable solution or many times before the company has even been notified. The harsh reality is that not all online reviews or comments made are honest or have pure motives; sometimes they are placed with the sole purpose of harming the company. Placing dishonest or inaccurate reviews on social media platforms is not acceptable. We will refuse future service when this occurs.
Lavish Bath Company (Lavish Fragrance oils) is not responsible for any misuse, accidents, or adverse reactions that may occur with use of our products. Be sure to test all products. All of our products are offered in good faith but without guarantee. Due to the variety of industries served, products are sold without warranty of any kind. Purchasers will, by their own tests and evaluations, determine suitability of such products for their specific use. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by this company. In no event will we be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use/suitability of products. While we test all products, we cannot make any guarantee that these products will agree with everyone. We are not responsible for testing our products in products from other suppliers. Should you not have the same opinion of a scent throw please keep in mind that we cannot test in each wax or application. Instructions or tips we offer are from our own personal experiences or from our testers. We cannot guarantee that these will work in your circumstances.
